Treasuries gained for a second day as some investors got a hold of themselves and realized that headlines proclaiming the Fed will slow its bond buying program sooner than later are speculative. It’s the weekend, which means the most significant data is behind us and the auction cycle has ended for the week.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 79.32 points (-0.52%) while the Nasdaq also went down 18.33 points (-0.53%). Likewise, S&P 500 decreased 6.64 points (-0.41%).
